My love of art and all things creative has inspired me to start Radge Design
with the aim to produce original contemporary art and design, affordable by all.
I'm Louise a mother to one very energetic and mischievous little girl, she has
been my inspiration to go online with my products. Before she was born I went
to the local markets. I hope by going online to find a wider audience for my creations.
I opened my online store at Oz Handmade in February 2010 and launched
my own website in April. I studied art at high school and completed some design
and jewellery making subjects while I was at uni studying for my day job.
For our wedding in 2007 I designed and made my own wedding dress, jewellery and
created placemats for each person we invited. These were a hit with our guests who
loved the personal touch recieving their own original artwork especially made for them,
this feedback also gave me the encouragement I needed to take my work to the markets.
In the future I hope I can achieve the work life balance I have always desired spending
more time being creative rather than working for others in my more traditional profession.
Most of my works are signed and dated at the time of creation,
some of my early works I unfortunately omitted dating them.
I have catalogued all my works so each has a unique number. |
