Payment:
I accept Direct Deposit, Paypal Funded and Paypal Credit. Please pay within 3 days of ordering. If paying by direct deposit please put your order number and surname for reference.

Shipping:
All items are sent via Australia Post. Please select the "insurance" option during the checkout if you would like your item sent via registered post (cost $2.95) to enable your order to be tracked and covered by insurance. If you are purchasing multiple items where postage is additional please request totals so I can work out postage as it may be less than the shopping cart calculates.

Delivery:
In stock items will be shipped within 24-48hrs of payment being recieved.

Custom Orders:
Name Plates: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of custom name plates as they are handmade especially for you (and lacquer takes time to dry).  

Other Custom Design: Please contact me for other custom orders as time frame for completion will vary depending on the project.
