Radge Design’s website provides information on graphic design services and examples of my previous client work. This information is general in nature and is not aimed at providing you with advice specific to your situation. Please be aware that by using this website you do not enter into a professional relationship with Radge Design. Surface pattern products available for sale on the website are described to the best of my ability using words and photographs. However, please note that there may be colour variations between your screen and the physical product. If you have any questions about any item please contact me before purchasing.

Graphic Design work presented in the portfolio for businesses has been shared under personal rights granted under the design contract. These copyright of each design is owned by the business that it was designed for & the design may not be replicated or shared without their permission. All other design work shared on the website is the work of Radge Design © 2010-2020 and may not be copied, shared or sold without written permission.

TRADEMARKS: Radge Design® and the Radge Design logo are registered trademarks, for the exclusive use of Radge Design.

Payment Terms

PayPal and Direct Deposit are the only methods accepted for payment. All payments are to be made within 72 hours of purchasing unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Shipping and Delivery

All items are sent via Australia Post.

Downloadable content is available for download once your purchase has been completed. Links for the download are provided in your emailed invoice. If you have any difficulties downloading content that you have purchased please contact me using the contact form, making sure that you quote your order number.

Returns/Cancellation Policy

GRAPHIC DESIGN: please see the Cancellation/Refund section of the Graphic Design Terms & Conditions: https://www.radgedesign.com.au/terms-and-conditions/. As this is a service based product there are no refunds available for change of mind and refunds due to cancellation are subject to the conditions set out in the Graphic Design Terms & Conditions.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OR EBOOK PRODUCTS: there is a no return policy due to the digital nature of the products. Once you have purchased the digital download (ie designer socials templates) or ebook products, there is no refunds or returns. If you have any questions about these products please contact me prior to purchase.

SURFACE PATTERN PRODUCTS: refunds are not available for change of mind in relation to purchases or custom orders. If the item is faulty or you are not 100% happy with the product please contact me and we can work together to solve the problem.
